Featuring a colorway similar to Travis Scott’s Houston Oilers-inspired Air Jordan 4, this upcoming release makes use of a lighter shade of blue with accents of red and gold. On the heel is the number 5 (Marcus’ number from his playing days), with two additional shoelace options offering up some versatility that typically doesn’t come attached to this model. According to zsneakerheadz, a friends-and-family pair in a reverse color-blocking is also said to be in the picture.
Trophy Room is set to launch their special
Buy Air Jordan 5 Online collaboration this weekend, and ahead of the release founder Marcus Jordan has shared the inspiration behind the shoe’s unique design and color scheme: his father Michael Jordan’s trophy room, an important part of the house he grew up in. The shoe’s ice blue, sail, and red palette present a triumphant look, one that’s accented by subtle gold hits. Plenty of special details are present as well, with a “5” replacing the regular “23” hit on the left shoe’s lateral side alongside a Trophy Room graphic on the heel, while the right shoe’s original branding remains intact.
Cork insoles and hardwood-themed outsoles provide extra premium flair, each pair has an x/7,000 graphic on the sockliner, nodding to their limited run, and they also come wrapped in a plastic sheath inspired by the estate’s famous gate.
